Services are performed by the restoration company that performs the work, an independent licensed restoration company, under its own licenses, insurance and terms. Any contract for services is between you and that company, and is formed only when you sign their written agreement or authorization.

3. Emergencies

If there is any danger to life or safety, call 911. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee an immediate response.

4. Your Submissions

You agree that information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it. That includes information about property you own or are authorized to act for. By uploading photos or details, you allow us and the service provider to use them to assess and respond to your request. We won’t publish your photos or information as a case study or review without your permission.
